Default Trail Boss 350 slipping in 4X4

Hey Guys,
I just went mudding yesterday and when I was in 4Hi going threw the mud my tires were hardly moving, they were just creeping along and the engine was reving real high. It sounded like something was slipping.........I wasnt hung up or stuck on anything. I was maybe thinking the belt got wet. Anyone else have this problem??? Kind of afraid to do any more mudding.........

more then likely you at least glazed it and probably want to replace it for fucture rides and make sure the c. cover is sealed up so no mud can get in.
