Default kimco 50 wont stay on

My son has kimco 50 yesterday we went riding but the quad wouldn't stay on. I put new spark plug, clean the filter, check the fuel lines see if they were cloged, but everything looks okay. It will start and die, if I stay on the gas it will stay on buy i soon as i let go the gas it will die

Kymco, if it gets deleted, its because your post is neither informative, or intelligent. Also spell check comes free on most browsers these days, but thats not what we are here for....back to ATV talk.

Your carb probably needs adjusted. Most of the Chinese bikes I work on at the in laws dealership come set up for what seems like high altitude. They seem to run hesitant at first and then resort to what your experiencing. There is a good carb set up thread in this forum.

If it won't idle there is something plugging up the pilot circuit

clean the carb, adjust the idle speed and mixture setting.

I agree with Hardlydangerous , I would adjust the idle speed first 1800-2000 rpms , If that doesnt help , try the air/fuel mixture , then dig into the carb.
