Hensim Quads
#1
We purchased 2, 4x2 Hensim Quads, a 110 utility and a 150 utility. The 110 is a 3 speed and the 150 is an automatic. We have had issues since day 1 and now the 150 is totally dead. It will not start at all. We brought it back to the dealer(20 days after purchase) and he told us we had water in the fuel. He dumped the tank, cleaned the card, new fuel filter, new plug, new electronic starter blew out the lines ect. It still will not start. he says he has spark, has fuel going to the plug, has goog compression, just will not start. he has had this machine for 3 weeks and still cant get it going. He has blamed all on us that we did motor damage due to water in the fuel. Our other machine has the same fuel from the same tank, no major issue except it does very slight quiet back fires through the carb. Any suggestions, although he screamed at us that we shouldnt tell him how to do his job when I asked if there was a gel pack in the carb.

you're dealing with a dumb *** dealer that has no business being in business, first you can not hurt your engine just by having small amounts of water in the gas if you did, it just won't run or if it does will just spit and sputer, second i don't belive him when he told you this, sounds like you're dealing with a couple of kids that haven't worked on any small engines before, these engines airn't rocket science, you need only three elements for these engines to run , fuel, ignition and compression provided the the ignation timing correct. if you have your atv at home now and want help PM me and we go from there, one step at a time.
