Hey ... i was riding my blaster the other day when my clutch lever all the sudden got stiff to where i couldnt pull it in ... i pulled it a couple of times and then i finally was ably to pull it in .. i thought ok no big deal .. so then i started my quad back up again and tried to take off but when i let my clutch out nothing happened. i tried this in all 6 gears ..i looked at the left side of my quad where the clutch cable connects and when i pulled the clutch in the piece moved like it should.
My friend that raecs motocross bikes said it sounds like it might be my clutch basket. What might the problem be?

tried disconecting your clutch cable and check to make sure it moves freely? if thats not the problem, id assume like your friend that the basket is notched. weather or not that is the problem doesnt really matter much at this point, theres something wrong with your clutch, take off the side cover and start inspecting it

Also, the adjustment nut may have come loose inside and might have to be readjusted. This happened on my buddy's bike. But the stiff pull does sound like a notched basket.
