would a banshe 450 beat a raptor 660 or 700 which one is better for a 6:1 tall person at 250 lb wich one would be better to purchase

 

450? the banshee is a 350. the raptor 660 and 700 r faster and if u r 6:1 then u would fit better on a raptor also. the banshee is alot of work to keep it runing. i would take to raptor if i were u. even tho the banshee is a legend, the raptors r just all out better and with all that torque, the raptor would be better in the dunes too.

The Shee has a thrilling powerband for sure, but not much else! That frame was never that good even in its day, and by todays standards the suspension and frame geometry are very old school. Remember: Amateurs talk speed, pros talk suspension!

Best to just let the old Shee die a natural death, and move on into a new generation of better machines......

A few of my friends have kept their tired old Shees as dedicated duners, but they don't ride them anywhere else.

i ment it is high maintnence. my friends dad is always working on his.

 

i am 6'4'' and love my raptor 700. tons fo mods for it. great stock suspestion.(even though mine isnt anymore). shee are fun untill you hit a set of whoops. really the only time i whould buy a banshee over a raptor is if your going to trick it all the way out for drag racing/hill shooting and then at that point you need another quad that you can ride everywhere becuse the shee will be mad unreilable.

 

for trails id go raptor 700... sand drags and duning banshee....
