i am working on a kazuma, i thought it was a 40cc but dont know for a fact, and it is a 4 stroke engine. vin # lwoxcmk c241001d038. it says terminator on the seat. it doesnt run, the owner noticed the air tube from box to carb in bad shape. i dont think they ran it to long like this form the l;ooks of it. i was checking the valves and tryed to go to the mark on the flywheel to find play in rockers but there is like 5 marks and ive rotated the engine a bunch and cant find any play in roker arms. is there a chance they are to tight. i know the small yamahas are known for this. doesnt seam to have much compression but i dont have a adaptor to do the small bikes and i have the carb and intake off. thankyou! joe

 

Yes I am sure if you have gas & spark, that is the problem, it is pretty common on that engine. Set them at .004 intake & exhaust There should be a T mark on the flywheel, that is the mark you want to use.... or it may be l l like that also.
