Has anyone had any problems with this ATV? We bought one for our Grandson for Christmas and the first time he rode it the throttle stuck and it flipped him. Luckily he rolled off before any harm was done, but he could have been hurt bad. We are conserned that we made a bad investment.

check to routing on the cable...start it and turn the handle bars both ways and see if the engine revs up..cable might be routed in a bad spot..make sure the spring in the carb is good just unscrew the top of the carb and pull out the slide and inspect the spring.
thank god he wasnt hurt let us know what you find.

I also got one for my son. After 3 hours ridding no problems. is it still stuck? befor starting you should check all movement of throttle and brake. to make sure its not sticking. if its still stuck pull on the cable to see if it is wedged inbetween something making it stick. if it is brake it loose and try again. it should move freely. make sure the cap on top of the carb is tight!!! was loose on mine when I went through the preinspection. hope it helps

My husband talked to the dealer, he was worried because his 5 yr old rides the same one. Said to bring it back and he traded it for a new one, he's going to go through this one and make sure all is OK so I guess we'll try again this week-end. Thanks for the tips.
