i had my front bumper put on a while back, and now i seen i was missing one of the main bolts that hold on the bumper at the bottom on the frame, so i got a new bolt from cat exactly the same and i find out the hole is stripped. what can i do?PLEASE HELP

 

You could go to the hardware store and buy a tap set and rethreat the nut, or you can buy a longer bolt and nut and a lock washer and put the bolt thru and screw the nut on with the lock washer and that should keep it..Good luck.

 

how does a tap set work and also would i need a bigger size bolt. and also i dont think i could use a longer bolt and nut and locking washer because it goes directly into the bar of the frame and there would be no way of getting the nut in there
