i whould guess about 3 hp for the header. but ive herd for the yfz450 the dasa, yoshi or nmotion 9 inch are the best pipes for it.

i whould go with the dasa or the nmotion 9' if i were you. both make very good hp. i think one is one low end and one is more high end. (not sure which one is which) and they are proven. there is a very good thread at yfzcentral if you want to look it up. a guy got a ton of exhaust system and dyno them same machine.

Default yfz toomey and different header

The toomey pipe will not work with another header because the bolt hole patterns do not line up but i really dont think you need a header with this pipe I ride with five of my friends and we all have the same things done to our bikes except the exhaust they run yoshi , fmf , white brother, ron woods, and nmotion and I beat them all up sand mountain by about 5 bike lengths

if you want performance get a full system...people dont buy slip ons and headers seperate. they buy systems...slip on will just add a different sound and new looks...

check out rockymountainatv.com or denniskirk.com

ide go with a company that didnt specalize in 2 stroke pipes in the beginning...best pipes for a banshee and a blaster

check out whitebros carbon pro, or yoshimura systems...fmf or procircuit

go with a company that has more than a decade in 4 stroke performance
