Default brakes fell off while driving

I have a aim-ex 110cc I just bought one 2 days ago took it bake because the starter was bad got the new one and the brakes fell off while it was being rode by my husband. anyone no how to get it back together we looked at the rear brakes of another and we seemed to have put it back together correct but it acts almost like the pin that holds the disk brake in place is not long enough???

I had the same problem with both 110's I bought. Luckily I found all the pads and noticed like you that the pins would barely hold the brake on. I just slightly bent the ears on the pad to make the pin protrude enough to hold it on. No more trouble.
