Default Sportsman 800 Shocks Me when riding

Any one ever had this happen?

When I'm riding my 07 SP800 sometimes when I touch the brake lever it shocks me, like static electricity, but its strong enough it will shock though my glove and it will make me jerk my hand off the bar.

just make sure that the winch cables didnt get cut on any metal like the frame or brackets and have exposes wire to metal.

One would not feel 12 volts, would be like touching the + terminal of the battery. I have sometimes gotten a lil tingle like maybe 2-3 times seemed was on the left side. Do not remember the circumstances when it occoured. Like wet hands or something.

Check the ground at the coil as well as check the plug wires for shorts. I had an old sled do the same thing and the coil was shorting out.

I check the winch as best as I could, I forgot to check the coil and plug wires before it got dark, but the only thing I can find so far is I have a horn installed and it is grounded to the handle bars but like "upnort" said I don't think I'm feeling 12 Volts.
