400EX Plastic on 250x

I just bought some(front& rear) 400EX plastic online for 90$ I sure hope it fits my 87,250X. Anybody else done it?

I think it will fit because I've seen it before on a 250X.I just put some Maier racing plastic on and it looks awsome.Anyway good luck!
