Does your tire seem to be glued to the rim around the side, because mine is doing the same.

I have a square tube about 4ft long with a flat piece of steel welded on the end of it so I dont hurt the tire.I lay the tire on the ground and put the end of the pipe with the flat steel right up next to the rim then I drive my truck up the square tube.Sometimes it will not pop it off right away but usually if it sets there for about a minute it will usually break it down.May have to rock the truck a little while its parked up on the steel tube.Thats the way us rednecks do it.

Yea well, i cannot do this because i cut the sidewalls out of my tire so all thats left is a little bit of rubber around the rim were it is like pasted to it, so their is nothing to put a 2x4 on and hold the board.

When I had to change my tires on my rubicon, I used a manual tire changer from harbor freight which works pretty good. Also leave a little bit of air in the tires. That way the sidewall will not collapse.
