Does anyone know if there is a good snow blower for a 4 wheeler that can be mounted on the front end. It has to be a real good one. My drive way is 1/2 mile long and drifts real bad even with 2 to 3 inches of snow. Right now I still have 4 to 6 foot drifts along it. The old snow blade will not cut here.

Help..... Thanks

The only one that I have ever seen was in the Polaris accessory catolog. Not sure about the price, but I think it was around $2,000-$3,000 (maybe someone can narrow that down a little for you). The snowblower mounted on the front of the machine and a 10 hp motor mounted on the rear of the machine with a driveshaft running underneath the machine. Looked really cool, but a little expensive for my use.

MagnumMudman is right the only one is from Polaris. its on page 53 in the catalog and cost $2999,99. it has a 13hp tecumseh engine.looks like it would be very heavy to use too.

Why dont u just get the Moose county plow. its has a tapered design that can handle deep snow, and would be ALOT cheeper.

The company that makes them is called Erskine Mfg. I am not sure if they have a website or not they are owned by Ingersoll Rand. They primarily make snowblowers, and accesories for thier sister company Melroe-Bobcat. Let me know if you want any info, live just a few miles from them. Aczr2k

I uderstand that you live in Port Huron, but you obviously have no clue how deep the snow gets on a half mile drive. I have one too! Absolutely no way an ATV with a plow would cut it past the third snow at best. Forget about time.
I bought a Boss V-plow for that job. Works great. But I think it to be a little big for a Polaris. It will outway the machine. LOL! The blower may be a very good option.

Hello Real Old Guy - If I am not old I can see it from here. This is the best atv snowblower I could find. I can't post a url here apparently so just google "atv snow Hogg", it will be the first hit. Hope this helps you free up you drive. God bless. Swen

Bercomec also builds them, not cheap though. My cousin has one on his Honda Foreman, they work great.

When the snow drifts and packs, atv plows are useless. Found this out first hand, glad to have a tractor and snowblower.
