i have a 96 400 xplorer 2 stroke. it has been running great till now. my battery died so i have been roping it for a while. my headlights wont work, and it is stuck in 4wd (switch is electronic?). I replaced battery and still no luck, not even the lights will work. starter just clicks, im thinking a fuse for ligts and electronics. any suggestions?

 

Have you tested the starter solenoid?

 

has it been staying running w/ just using the pull cord? w/ the key on and a fully charged battery jump the 2 big nuts on the solnoide and if the starter turns over the engine the solnoide is bad. i dont think theres a fuse in the head lights but maybe a fuseable link in the harness.
