Try furniture polish. it's cheap and something you probably have at home already plus Polaris recommends the stuff. Other than that I'd lightly buff with a compound and then wax. Good luck

Pledge is the best thing I've found to date for plastic. I use it on all my dirt bikes and ATV's. It also works great on clear plastic windscreens and helmet visors.........and it smells nice too..........be warned though, it attracts bees!!!

This may be a little risky... & I'm not recommending it,but I took a propane torch and just very quickly "licked" it over the plastic while buffing out the freshly heated area with a rag held in the other hand.
It doesn't take much...You really have to be careful not to overheat the plastic or stop moving the torch at any time(I bubbled a small spot under the rear rack,as I started there to kinda get a feel for it)
I did this to a severely faded 98 xplorer with great results... it really brings the shine back.

Krammer220..

At a motorcycle part shop nearby...the guy told me about using a HEAT GUN.....but be very carfull to use it. We spoke a lot and all the product they sold like Plexus, and other product not suppposed to work for my kind of fade.......They told me I have to take back naturaly the gloss of the plastic itself. I want first try this weekend with a hair dryer very close to the plastic.....just a ty. The pledge after that is the second option......third one maybe a buffer ??? Will see.

Thanks all for the help..

Krammer220 is right. I have to say pretty much the same thing, to heat the area with a torch CAREFULLY. This also will help to remove white creases in plastic. If you have something to pratice on, anything that is heavy plastic that might shine I would suggest doing so. Its kinda tricky and I have screwed up some plastic before. Good luck

Ok...

I try propane torch on a old yamaha 225 1986 and the fender wanna gloss...but kinda want to melt in the same time.....I try on another utility AMT 600 John Deer 1985 and I could not see some gloss comme up with this method. Second I try the PLEDGE on my fender and right away I see the gloss on it but I cant gloss the part where the sticker was.....So I take some GAZ and I aply on all my fender....it make a dull finish.... but equal on all my fender. After I aply a marine MEGIRE WAX on the fender and the dull finish desapear.....Is NOT gloss as NEW but is EQUAL gloss on all my fender and look like the rest of my quad.

I'm Happy now.
