There is something wrong with his riding style or the clutch alignment is off!
Does it try to move when you put it in gear or hard to shift? If so the alignment is off.
He should be in low range under 10 mph or less if he has bigger tires. You can't pull out on steep hills in high either!

The bike is totaly stock, Tires and all. He went riding today in snow and just called and told me he blew another belt. Im sick so did not go with. The local Polaris shop has been doing all the replacements under warranty, You would think they would check alignment and deflection, etc

trail right, check the front engine mounts from beign broke. its hard to tell just looking as the rubber pulls away from the steel and lets the engine twist enough to kill the belts.

Sound exactly what happens when the front motor mount goes, thats what was wrong with mine when the belt broke.

It was a broken Motor mount, and the dealer said there not going to warranty it. Hes gonna trade it in on something thats gonna hold up a little better.</end quote></div>
A motor mount is less than $20 and a 10 minute fix! What will hold up better than a tough Polaris ATV?
