Go with a Dalton or HPD clutch kit (I have never been impressed with EPI kits) a K&N air filter with stock muffler. If noise isnt a concern White Bross(Pure Polaris) or FMF the Big Gun is a little too loud

Personally I have a UNI air filter, Heelclicker and a HSP pipe and can. Since yours is carbed I would also go with a jet kit. My bike with the 27's will outrun a stock 06 500 with 25" tires and I'm sure with the 28s this summer I'll still clean his clock

ya i already have a K and N filter and carb is jetted to that. i heard from the rep at big gun that no jetting is req. with there model would this be similar to other brands? i just want a lil more pick up and more top end...so i dont get complete blown away by my 2 stroke buds. im not so worried about sound but i do hunt and ride in my woods a lot. ppl tell me that the exhaust for utilitys is on the quite but throatier side?

On pipes for 4stroke Polaris I have never had to rejet with just a pipe and filter change. They come jetted rich from factory.
You will get the most bang from a clutch kit not as much from a pipe.
