Hello I am looking into buying a Raptor 660. Is there certain things i should kno about certain years. Problems and such or just what year to buy

i heard the 01s had tranny issues but my 03 didint have any problems at all

They were pretty much all the same. Good bang for the buck in my opinion. You should be able to get a nice '02-04 for $2,000-3,000. You could check for worn a-arm bushings but for the most part they are rock solid. Oh yeah the '01 did have tranny issues but you could find an '01 with the upgrade or just find an '02-05.
