Default 96 400 4x4
i just bought a 400 explorer from a buddy for 500 bucks he said it has set up for 2 years but ran then where do i start

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

Drain the fuel,take the carb off clean the jets real good,new plug,charge the battery and start it.

thanks i think i may have more problems though pull rope broke trying to wind the recoil spring back up now.....compression seems low any idea what it is

Get the rope fixed and see if it will start if not check the compresion
