honda atc 110..

i have a honda atc 110 and it smokes ALOT and it has no power...do i get it rebuilt or what?...thanks

Take the head off and INSPECT the valves cam-shaft piston and cylinder. If all looks good get new piston rings and new seals for the top end of the motor.
