I was out running on the local track today and noticed 2 things: my brakes needed to be bled and that I the suspension was finally loose enough to start tweaking.

I need to go to 4 on the front preload, but I don't have any clue what other people think about rear shock adjustments. I weigh 220lbs and don't get more than 6' off the ground. Any suggestions are appreciated.
