i dont know how much you want to spend but this guy on glamisdunes.com has a smokin deal on a upgraded raptor 700.

as far as suspestion goes he has the best. i whould say he has atleast 3500 just in suspestion and possable as much as 4k. i whould say he has close to 6k in upgrades no problem.
