replaced fuel pump

replaced fuel pump
I replaced the fuel pump with the napa part suggested. The machine will start but only runs for a few seconds. Any suggestions of what I can try? Polaris 2006 Sportsman 500 EFT. Also does anyone know if the ECM recall applies to the 500 EFI? Thanks

i just rechecked my letter and it doesnt say either or on the efi but does say carb. models only on the 700. heres the pn# for your ecm- 4011226,and im pretty sure thats not the bad ones.
