My KFX 700 wont start

My KFX 700 wont start
I just put a jet kit in my 06 kfx 700 and it ran fine the first day. I was letting it sit and idle and it cut off and now it wont start. I checked the plugs and they were fine. The fuel pump cycles when you turn the switch on.
Any help would be nice.
