looking up the shocks..I see that Yamaha OEM charges quite a bit more for the older shocks the 95-99 had on,I wonder why??Were the shocks better on the older machines or is it that there are fewer of the older (new) shocks left in stock??

 

the diagrams are the same but the part numbers are different say fronts for the 95-98 are..
