Default 2001 polaris scrambler

hello all,
new to this site. got a 2001 scrambler 500 4x4 this week and wanna know some of the problems that i might run into. if anyone knows any common failures of this model let me know so i can try to nip it in the bud. what about aftyermarket spring sets for the clutch? is it worth it? and about tire size? does the taller sizes cause undo wear on the concentric drive or can clutch springs overcome the additional rotational wieght? i would appreciate any answer thanks

problems...none.just maintain her.get a chain tensioner and as far as the springs-definitely.search these forums for what color combo or you can email speedwerx/hot seat performance for the right setup based on riding style.
tire size depends on wear you will ride.personally I find that a good set of aluminum rims and tougher tires(mudlites, holeshots) will do wonders but in the stock size(my 2 cents)
