when my raptor gets a little wet,it starts spitting and sputtering, and doesnt like to idle, could it just be the connections by the left top side of the engine,or whats could be causing the problem?

It wouldn't hurt to clean all the connections and put dielectric grease on them. You also may be getting water in the intake somehow so if the grease doesn't cure it go through that as well.
