warrior bogs out in water

ya i have a 2000 warrior 350 6 speed when ever i go through any amount of water it doesnt run right idels fine starts fine but when i give it gas full thrt it wants to die out half thrt not to bad a little thrt no prob. thanks for any help.
i just dont want to go wasting time and money pulling it all a part.

well if its not deep water, its proabably not that, (they come off the bottom of the carb bowl)
may be a short in the wiring, hose the back end down and see if you get the same effect..

ill try looking in to the wiring but i went through that last year when i bought I had a wire shorting out on the fram and it would killout had to wiggle the wire to get started and i tape up the hole harness . yesterday i tried spraying the quad down with hose no prob thought the problem was gone but today road through a couple puddles and instantly bur bur burr wait an hour let dry off and it will be fine or drive a round for a while and eventully will run fine ill ckeck into those and try my hose again . thxs plp

I had that same problem on my grizz. In my case it turned out to be a crack in the carb. When I would go through enough water to create steam the steam would get sucked into the crack and would bog the engine down bad. If your carb isn't cracked check for vacuum leaks or the boot seal connections from the airbox to carb and carb to intake

It sounds more to me like the electrical is getting wet because if it was water in the carb, it wouldn't run fine after it dried out. The stator is prone to getting wet, as well as the ignition coil, so check the gasket at the stator, the peep hole plug on top of the stator, and check for a cracked ignition coil or split spark plug wire.
