I was in the process of removing the axle on my 250x when it stopped. Just plain wouldnt come through. It looked like the splines where the rotor assembly sits on the axle are getting hung up on the left side bearing. I forgot to mention that the right side bearing was destroyed so it didnt get hung up there. But can anyone tell me how to get the axle through. Or at least how to get that left side bearing out. Thanks .

Jeff

You might try to use force to get it out. Take a 2 or 3 lb hammer and out the nut back on the axle so that you don't mess up the threads and also use a block of woood. Hit the end of the axle to try and force out the axle, make sure that the wood is on the nut to protect the threads.
