2003 TRX 90 - No Spark

Getting the quads ready for the desert and the 90 wont start. no spark with 2 different plugs. fresh gas. Ran fine when put away 3 months ago. no loose elect. connections.
Any ideas what to check next?

This may be a really, really stupid question but is it in neutral?

yes and no. It was in neutral as to push it around, but not in neutral for electrical purposes. Someone messed with the shifter and it would start. Is this a normal phemonon or is something broken inside?

Normal for the TRX90 is that it must be in neutral to start. If someone messed around with the neutral interlock, than that could be your problem.
