A little oil in the air box is nomal, not enough to slosh around. Thats because they don't have a pvc system and the blowby goes into the airbox. Usually after running it hard.
Did you tighten the chain too tight?

jack it up and try t move the axle around maby something wasn't tightedned right fromt he factory or a bushing whasn't seated right when theytightened it down so it might be moving around a lil. can you feel it? does it sound like the chain?

Thanks for the input guys. I checked the chain tension, had a neighbor sit on it and then checked it seemed a little loose if anything. tonight i am going to put it up on jack stands and check the rear axle, but I can't really feel anything in the rear end just hear it and it sounds bad. The bike still takes off and rides great but now makes this noise, I have scheduled service from the shop i bought it from but they can't see it for 12 more days, they told me to take it out inspite of the noises even if it means something in the rear end or the tranny grenades " Its covered under the 6 month warranty" Thanks again

it might have the plastic chain gaurd at the bottom of the swingarm that might be bent and hutting the chain and making noise if that chams and rips up teh wrong way in teh font that could get preety loud.

Thanks Sprinter, I lubed the chain and found the plastic chain guide was loose you could move it freely up and down. I tightened it up and the noise seemed to go away but when you really open up the throttle and get to the top end i can still here something back there. I took all the skid plates off and checked every nut and bolt I could find for tightness, nothing else loose. Thanks again for the help.
