i read that the redline shockproof oil is good but it doesnt ship to canada is there any other oil recomended for my honda 450r

 

My second choice would be Motul Trans Oil. I think they make a synthetic one or at least one that is an ester synthetic blend.

You can also run a API SG/JASO MA motorcycle engine oil. My choice in that case would be Maxima Extra, ester synthetic. I highly recommend this for the engine side as well! Maxima has a monster additive package.

Fourth place would be Maxiam MTL, which is petroleum based but ester fortified.
