LOOKING TO BUY THE PERFECT 2UP QUAD
#1
Looking to buy the perfect 2up quad, not sure which way to go arctic cat, can-am or polaris. Rather spend the money up front and not kick myself in the *** later.
Any and all help appreciated.

Can Ams are a little faster, Polaris are built the heaviest, Artic Cat is good also. Which brand do you prefer?
Get the loaded model with all the goodies, cheaper than buying seperatly.

I would go and check out all three of those brands and see which you like. Thats what I did. For some reason I did not care for the Artic Cat, so it was between the Polaris and the Can am. I ended up with a 08 Can Am Outlander Max XT, I just liked the way it was built and felt. So far 90 miles, 14 hrs and no problems. Buy what you like.

All are good machines in their own right. Check them all out, do your research and buy which is best for you. Dont let someone suede you into their brand just b/c they like it. I own 3 polaris' but if I were to need another bike I would buy whats best suited to what I'm in the market for. Dont be lazy like a lot of people, do your research and it will pay off in the long run

Like everyone has said, try to ride each. Another important factor is your Dealer that you purchase from. I was looking at either Can-Am or Arctic Cat. Went with the AC as I like that Dealer better. I like the back seat better on the AC as was more comfortable than the seat on the Can-Am, but to each has their own opinion. If you compare all the features of each bike, the Can-Am is not really that more expensive.

i'm undecided, each seems to have strong points. here's how i'm finding them.
Cam-am, dealers don't seem to want to deal on the 08's just 07's and each one has a different deal. I know several people who own Cam-am's two love them and the other can't wait to get out of it.
Polaris, everyone that i know who owns thems really likes them but claim their dated.
Arctic Cat, one person told me never to buy one.
The models i'm looking at are.
2008 Polaris 700 X2
2008 Arctic Cat 700 TRV Plus LE
2007 Cam Am Commander 650 Max XT
Many Thanks

I really love the Ac 700, just wish that it had better tires. Will probably be purchasing some Bighorns when the stocker wear out. My back box is from Kimpex and they also have rack that it attaches to for The AC. The box is alos made to attach to the Can-Am. Either bike should be good, just need to seat on each and see which one feels better. If you can ride each a little before you purchase that would be better. On my AC 700 the more I ride it the more I like it. I now have a little over 400 miles on the AC. Have been on rocky, muddy, water crossings, and hills and it goes just great. I love the feeling when climbing hills. The extra 8" really makes the AC stable. 4 wheel drive locks in go and have only only played with the locker. Never had to use the locker on the trail yet. The 3000 lb winch works really good. Had large tree over trail this last weekend and we cut part off and the I winched the tree out of the way. Once I get better tires would consider this to be the perfect ATV for me. I can carry two people, all the stuff that I want to carry, independent suspension, great ground clearence. My mileage has been between 18 and 26 mpg. The 26 mpg was in high gear slow riding on smooth trails. 18 mpg is more of the normal trails.
