Default how to vent the the over flow bottel for the coolent

I have a sportsman 800 and i was wondering how to vent the over flow bottel (so you dont get mud and water in the over flow valve) for the coolent. Iwas also wondering how you put the info of your bike under your post. The info under the doted line

see you already posted the info. The new polaris already have a vented top hose just runs up the headlight pod. You could get one of them or make your own with a brass fitting or a vacum line fitting. Easy to do thing!

Or you can just drill a hole a little smaller then the hose in the cap, Don't go through the screen, then put the hose under hot water so it will fit in easier, and ad some glue if you want.

Polaris has or can order a newer cap with nipple already on it. I think i paid $1.99 for it. Got some tubing from Home Depot. Ran up to pod.

From what I have read outside2day is correct. You can buy one now with the nipple already there.

I think I'm gonna buy one, Not that I need another, It's just that I can get something/anything from Polaris for $1.99

yea and the hoses at lowes are around $0.25 a foot for diff colors or the clear. I use it on my race cars.
