Default POLARIS 400 H.O.

I just bought a 2008 sportsman 400 HO and love it! (455cc)

Im 6'3" 250lbs and it has pleanty of power for me. I bought it for filling deer feeders and pulling out whitetails this November.

I been given a lot of crap "polaris is junk blah blah..."

I not trying to win any races here...I bought it for doing work and enjoy some trails i can not get my truck in.

Congrats on the purchase, I just bought a 500 HO for mainly working around the house and a little trail riding. I personally feel I made a very wise decision.

congrats on your new purchase. you won't be sorry that you went with polaris, that's for sure. i wouldn't think of buying anything else except polaris in the utility department.

I agree, from experience, that the 400HO is a great machine. No complaints.

good choice! and dont listen to the brand bashing tards that think they have a better machine merely due to the fact that they dont own the best themselves.............POLARIS.

when people dont have what they want, they talk themselves into the fact that the best is junk. whatever you ride i dont really care - have fun on what you ride and dont listen to peoples crap.

NICE PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone brand bashes....I have owned several makes of atv's.....personally, I think everyone makes a good machine. Some definitely have more problems than others, but really you get the best bang for the buck with polaris. Their atv's come standard with what other mfr's don't. For example, storage, tires, etc. My predator comes stock with Douglas rims, steel braided brake lines, maxxis razr tires to name a few. This would be about another grand on any other quad. Plus, I paid about a grand less for mine! May not be the fastest off the showroom floor, but it will kick their a*# now! And, I have money for gas!
