i recently picked up a 87 moto 4 225 pretty cheap.it appears to be in good shape exept the engine hase problems in the bottom end.now i ran across a 86 moto 4 350 that runs good but dosn't shift.so i'm wondering if the parts will interchange to make one running bike?i appreciate any info you might have to help me bring back a dinosour.thanks!

 

i am not sure if that will work you can go to the yamaha website to cross refrence the part numbers i have a 225 and just got rid of a 350 and the motors looked different in shape and size. you also can try ebay they have alot of parts for moto 4 quads. also you may as well give up asking anything about a older quad on here everytime i ask a question there are very few who know how to help and the rest either dont know or are to big of an ******* to help
