Wow,I was just reading the Bomb forum and it seems many people are having some majour problems with the "New KING" Well I guess it just tells you that ALL quads have their problems and not just the RAPTOR.Im sure glad I Rid my DS650 when I did.It probably be worth about 4 grand now,OUCH!!

 

I saw that the other night! They are even fighting among themselves over why parts are failing. I'm sorta glad I don't own one. Besides I've got an '87 s-10 with 44" boggers and a mid-engine to play with (yellow too) It's not quite as big as a ds, but i built it and I'm certain it's more dependable judging by the threads over there.

 

You said they are fighting among themselves, They do that in the Jetski Newsgoup. Thats why I left that Mewsgroup although I still ride a GP1200.

Is this a forum that you really want to start? I mean comone, its just asking for arguments. How stupid are you? The ds has had a few probs..but they are minor...only 2 or 3 ppl have reported the aarms or axle bending. only little things like heating sencor and that go out. LITTLE things...not like axle, aarms, (swingarms soon here), carbs blowing off...bla bla bla? want to keep going?

You can go into any thread on this forum and find people having problems, thats what it's here for, to find an alternate route to paying the stealerships their fee to supposedly fix your bike, even if they didn't.

The day someone comes out with a truly "bulletproof" quad, we're doomed. The competetive edge will seize, and we'll all be riding the same quad.
