Reinstallation of Axle into Swingarm Questions

Reinstallation of Axle into Swingarm Questions
I am putting together my 1983 250r. I am up to installing my axle on the swingarm. I have a question about the brake rotor hub. Do I need to pound that onto the splines on the axle or just tighten down the locknuts?? Also do I need to grease up the axle where it sets in the bearing carrier?? I am following the clymer manual but it seems like it is missing some steps. THANKS in Advance!!
