This thing rips. But I can't seem to get it rich enough. I have increased the main jet to 185/190 and still can't get the plug to turn dark, it is still a light tan. I lowered the clip one and this helped up top. I have not even addressed the bottom end yet. I have only the 27.5 pilot anyone tried a larger one yet.

KyRaptor,

Is it a big difference from when we went riding? I tried calling you the other day to talk about shocks again. I'm fairly certain that I'll be getting shocks and a 2+ axle.

I can't remember if you said that you put the TCS shocks on at the same time as your Lonestar Arms, or before.

Custom Axis is stating about a 1.5 to 2 inch drop compared to factory ride height, how much was the TCS? I seemed to have forgot.

What exhaust system are you running KYRaptor? I think i am in the same boat as you, i cant seem to get mine rich enough. Is it possiable that i should run 180, 185 with just a pipe and air filter? It seems to be a huge increace from the 140, 145 stock setting. I ahve never seen a quad that just wont take jeting. Someone needs to come out with a single carb kit

KyRaptor is running a Big Gun pipe with a GYT-R silencer.

Bash

It is pulling harder in the midrange, where before it was flat feeling.

I was trying to jet up until it started sputtering out on top end and made the plug dark but I haven't reached that point. Right now the plug looks good so I am close on the mains. The bottom is not right I think it is still too lean.
The highest pilot I have is the 27.5. Most likely I am going to have to go richer on that.

The shocks: You can set them whatever height you want. When we rode they were around three inches lower maybe more. But I can set them higher than the stock shock. I am really impressed with them.
