as you can see in my signature i have a raptor 350 with some work done to it. i was wondering what else could i do to the engine before i start doing suspension work. the next thing i buy is a performance ignition kit. any sugetions on which type and what else can i do???????

 

move on to the suspension..... you've done pretty much all you can to the motor minus starting over, n going bigger....

The ignition kit is a waste of money for the 350. But if you have money to waste unlike myself, they say the dynacon or dynotek or something like that is the way to go. If I were you I would get a GOOD port job and some larger Kibblewhite valves installed. That will make WAY more difference than an ignition ever will. You need to do whatever you can to make up power you're losing from that BS cam.

hey rator 450 man i already got ot ported and i had my valves done also i have a hot cam. so why is getting a better ignition a waste. please explain.

 

rwithey10 i am a little uneasy about boring out bc i want to enter some small races like the gncc type and some hare scrambles and i dont think you can have that dont to your machine
