Default Wolverine carb settings

OK I just installed my Wiseco .040 over and my atv was running lean so I went to adjust what I though was the mixture screw but ended up being the throttle screw on the carb, its the one on the outside of the bowl with a spring on it. Anyways, its running really bad now. Its really hard to start and backfires a bunch. Does anyone know exactly how many turns in or out I should adjust both the throttle and fuel mixture screw. All I have done performance wise is the overbore and piston......
