atv won't start
#1
I bought a Roketa 110 mini atv(mistake). We went to use it after winter and the relay was clicking. I messed with it and actually broke the connection inside. SO bought a new relay. You might know they don't make the original (the connectors are different) so the manufacturer told me to cut the new connectors off and push the wires through the plastic plug and then plug the 2 plastic plugs back together. Tried it couldn't keep the wires from bending so I cut the old connectors off and spliced the 2 together. Also, the handlebar switch crumbles when flipping the switch to run or stop so I bought one of those also. Hooked all up and no clicking, no turn over and when I push the start button the lights come on, but that is it. I switched the wires for the relay every which way I could figure. Charged the battery-maybe not enough. I don't have a clue, but surely not that hard. Please help.

Did you check the battery for voltage...If so what reading did you get?
Also the relay may not be your trouble...........Some of these imports have very weak batteries in them right from the start........You can wire the starter directly from the Battery to see if it will turn the Quad over...............Does it have a RED stop switch....If so check that too..
Also some come with a tether cord for a safe way to stop the engine ,while the little ones are just learning............Check that too.......Caper..........
