A lot of people are just setting them up based on how they ride, very smart I think! I just wish I had more cash to set mine up for my riding.

Killer,

read my screenname!
IT'S VERY TRUE.

I bought shocks and an axle just because I wanted them. I still have the stock ones if you'd like to try putting them on your DS, maybe then it'd be faster with some YAMAHA parts! GET LOST, what's your childish point in coming here getting us all pissed? That's all there is on this site anymore, I guess your just trying to fit in...

hey killer don't you hate it when you are chasing a raptor down the trail and you get stuck between those trees with your big *** jet ski on wheels. Take your bull sh it and go somewhere else. And last time I checked alot of different quads get aftermarket shocks and axles, its that whole ride quality for where you ride thing.

no atv comes with good suspension. they are all good enough for just cruising. but other then that aftermarket is needed. and oem suspension just doesn't offer much in adjustment or set up options. (weather its yamaha or bombardier). as for axels i've bent one on every atv i've ever owned. their all sub-par. (250r, banshee, lt500, 400ex, now the raptor) (i've never owned a ds) but it weighs a ton it will bend with any aggressive riding
