Durablue Spacers - 3" Hex Bolt instead of Stud
#1
Hi everyone,
I purchased a set of Front and Rear spacers for my ATV (Durablue GL) not knowing there was a Durablue EZFit that gave extensions on the existing studs, so the model I have is regular 3/8" x 3" Hex bolts with a fine thread that fits correctly but i'm questioning if it is wise to use as a wheel bolt?
The only negative part for the install is having to get a wrench in there on a 90º angle to hold the back while we torgue the lug nuts to about 50lbs
Anyone have thoughts on this? Looking back I'm wishing I bought some highlifter ones and went that route but what's done is done and I'm starting the install on them tonight just getting some info from you wise ones before i proceed.
Lastly, Is there such a thing as a 3/8" x 3" wheel stud that I could use instead of the hex bolts provided?
Here is a link to the site, this is what was on my other bike and they were more expensive so I thought they would be better, wish I got the EZfit ones though, Doh! http://www.durablue.com/prods_wheel_spacers.shtml
Thanks,
Vince

i paid $75+free shipping for the kind you bolt on your hub then you bolt the wheel on that.they have two sets left for 4-156 which is for front which will be alot easier to install on front, rear should be easy, just go on eby+type in,atv wheel spacers.stay away from bolt extentions.
