Default 00 Polaris scrambler

Hey guys looking for some help.
Got a 00 scrammy 400, that has a new top and bottom end, rebuilt carb, clutch kit, K&N filter, all new gas lines, fmf exhaust and silencer and I went to a 250 main jet from a 230.
The problem is i have taken it out for two rides..and gone for a quick boot before actually heading out to make sure everything is up to par, but when i turn it off and let it sit, when i go to start it back up it requires choke and when i kill the choke and try to give it gas it just sputters and wants to die. I also try to drive away while the choke is on but again it wants to sputter and quit. Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions would be awesome! Not sure how much more I can replace on this thing! lol

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!
