Default Pilot Screw Adjusting Tool

Has anyone found a good inexpensive solution for being able to adjust the pilot screw while the machine is running? I just can't justify spending $90 for a 90 degree screwdriver like this:

Yes, I noticed that tool also. But I was kind of hoping to find more of a universal right angle attachment type tool that I could use for other things too. With this tool you're pretty much locked into only being able to use it on straight blade screws. But I might have to go that route if I can't find anything else.
