Hi,
I'm kinda new this atc/atv thing. I just bought my 13 year old son a 1983? Honda 185s three wheeler But now I'm not sure if it's actually a 185s or a 200s. There is nothing on it that says what it is (that I can see). How do I tell the differance. Also, Are parts readily availavle for these? It runs good now but if in the future I want to have the motor rebuilt would that be a problem? Thanks for your help.

The two bikes are almost identical. About the only difference is the cc's of the engine. Look on the side of the jug at the bottom, the cc's of the engine are cast in it. Parts are easy to find either factory or aftermarket.

Honda still makes just about every part on your trike. You can get your best price from www.servicehonda.com or look around for used parts depending on what you need. Rebuilding these engines is cake as long as you just want to freshen up the top end w/ rings and maybe an overbore. The only thing that can get really expensive is bottom end trouble.

good luck and enjoy!
