Yamaha Raptor/Badger 80cc YZM 4 wheeler Shaft Drive Maintenance

How do you service or check the condition of you shaft drive? The manual says take it to the dealer for service. I would rather not.

no. it is doing ok but, I thought there might be some preventative maint. for the final drive.

Just change the grease to keep it fresh and make sure it's not getting water in it, if so then the seals will need to be replaced.
