this a dumb Q but I have a guy from works rear wheel/tire from a 03 trailboss - are the valvestems on these things on the inside (towards quad)? or am I looking at the rim in a strange way? I had to take tire off to fix a flayt for him and it looks like the rim is backward-inside out..

 

Valve stems go outwards

 

FTW is right. The valve stems ALWAYS go toward the outside. He may have put the wheels on backward to get more offset. I was told not to ever do it, but did it once just to see how it looked.
